Return Policy

Please contact us by email before sending back any item(s) so we can authorize your return. We are only able to process returns for products purchased directly from uniheat.us. If you purchased from a reseller or third-party site, please reach out to them directly for return instructions.

Return Eligibility

  • Unused Items: Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged in Transit: Please notify us within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt if your order arrives damaged. Keep the product and packaging for potential carrier inspection. Photos of the damage are appreciated and may speed up processing.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed faster than the maximum timeline, but please allow up to four weeks from the day you give your package to the return carrier. This accounts for:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
  • 3–5 business days for our inspection and processing
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Approved Returns (RMA)

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note:

  • You have 14 days from approval for the product to arrive at our facility.
  • After 14 days, the RMA expires and returns will no longer be accepted.
  • Each return receives only one RMA; expired RMAs cannot be reissued for the same product.

For faster processing, please:

  1. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  2. Email us the tracking number of your return shipment.

Risk of Loss

You are responsible for the product until it is received at our facility. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides a tracking number. UniHeat is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. Title to returned goods transfers back only when received by our facility or, in certain cases, by the original distributor.

After we inspect the returned item and confirm it is unused and in new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Please note: the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
